The Problem
Due to the old application has a complex menu hierarchy to access the residence service. We decide to improve the Usabilities and reduce the juristic workload to inform residents about a parcel delivered.
Solution
In this project, I led the redesign of the Residence application and the back office website for enhancing the juristic's experience by reducing through the working process and easy way to notice the residences of mail/parcel and Senior designer to advise on design.
The residence's user easier to receive the parcel, pay the bill, repair request, and read the announcement from the juristic.

Hesitate on the home screen that it's just an icon or a button.
